Peter Cowan sometimes salesman, sometimes postmaster or even sheriff
built this farm house by himself and called it Willowbrook. He
is the one who gave his name to the village which used to be called
Nelsonville. In 1960, this building was transformed by Mr. L.
Godin into a single family house with four apartments. Later it
became a gardening centre. Requiring major reparations, this house
had to be demolish on April 8, 2004.
