first Ste-Thérèse-de-l'Enfant-Jésus catholic
church was opened on the night of December 25, 1927, for the Midnight
Mass. Destroyed by a fire on July 30, 1947, it was rebuilt on
the same site and consecrated on October 7, 1951.
